Boiled Custard
It is not like me to post a recipe I don't like but Tobey loves this stuff and I never make it for him. Bad wife. I know. After his brush with death this week, I make a blog promise to make it for him soon.
Boiled Custard
2 qts milk
6 eggs
4 tbsps flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whisk together and cook until barely thickened. Serve in mugs and you can zest some nutmeg on top if you like.

Two quarts of milk and six eggs?? What are you tryin' to do, give the guy a heart attack?
