It is not like me to post a recipe I don't like but Tobey loves this stuff and I never make it for him. Bad wife. I know. After his brush with death this week, I make a blog promise to make it for him soon.

Boiled Custard
2 qts milk
6 eggs
4 tbsps flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whisk together and cook until barely thickened. Serve in mugs and you can zest some nutmeg on top if you like.
